Founder & Principal
Over more than 20 years I've led People & Culture, talent and transformation across Australia and Asia, in banking, asset management, real estate, consulting and retail. I've scaled functions through rapid growth, integrated acquisitions, internationalised businesses and rebuilt HR operating models, often in regulated, complex and fast-paced environments. That work spans global names including CBRE, MUFG, Barclays, Westpac, Woolworths and Korn Ferry. It's the hands-on experience I bring to every Oakstreet engagement.
